Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
**1.** **Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, networking, and market research.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients.

**2.** **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Address client inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Gather feedback from clients and relay it to the relevant departments for improvement.

**3.** **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to improve sales strategies.

**4.** **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.

**5.** **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve common goals.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in on-field sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
