Below are the KRAs below for your reference. The role requires a hands-on approach and will be responsible for the following:

- Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)_

1. **Facility Maintenance & Upkeep**
- Oversee daily operational upkeep of Head Office, Factory, Warehouse, and all Store Locations
- Conduct monthly maintenance checks and submit reports on facility condition
- Ensure general cleanliness, repairs, and basic utilities are in order across locations

2. **Vendor Coordination**
- Liaise with all vendors related to maintenance, utilities, and IT
- Ensure timely service delivery and negotiate for improved service terms when required

3. **AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Management**
- Maintain and track all AMCs for ACs, elevators, pest control, IT equipment, etc.
- Ensure timely renewals and avoid service disruptions

4. **IT Infrastructure Support**
- Handle basic IT troubleshooting across HQ, factory, and stores
- Coordinate with IT vendors for repairs, maintenance, and system upgrades
- Maintain records of all IT assets (desktops, routers, CCTV, intercoms, printers, etc.)
- Monitor internet/network issues and ensure mínimal downtime

5. **Warehouse Stock & Inventory Management**
- Track all stock movement (inward/outward) at the warehouse
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records and conduct regular physical checks
- Report any discrepancies and support the merchandising/logistics teams as need

6. **Emergency Handling**
- Act as the first point of contact for facility or IT-related emergencies
- Ensure swift resolution and inform the relevant stakeholders

7. **Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain proper documentation for services, complaints, IT issues, and stock movement
- Share a monthly report covering maintenance activities, IT support, and warehouse inventory

8. **Travel Desk Management**
- Arrange domestic & international travel, including tickets, visas, and accommodation.
- Coordinate employee and management travel schedules.
- Negotiate with travel agencies for cost-effective services.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
