**Qualifications and Skills**
- Language Proficiency: Decent in English
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Telephone Management: Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Filing and Documentation: Maintain and organize office documents, records, and files.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
- Office Supplies Management: Monitor and order office supplies as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
- Meeting Coordination: Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, including preparing meeting rooms and arranging refreshments if required.
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
