**Job Description: Receptionist cum Administrator**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and redirect phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, including booking conference rooms and arranging refreshments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for staff members.
- **Office Coordination**:
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Assist with facilities management tasks, such as coordinating repairs and maintenance.
- **Visitor and Vendor Management**:
- Register visitors and ensure compliance with security procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors for services such as catering, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Maintain records of vendor contracts, invoices, and payments.
- **Assistance to Management**:
- Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
