**Job Opening: Admin cum Receptionist**
**Location**: Peninsula Business Park, Lower Parel, Mumbai
**️ Timings**: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
**Week Off**: Alternate Saturdays off
**Experience Required**: 3 to 5 years
**Industry**: Consulting / Corporate Office Setup
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and manage front-desk activities, including handling incoming calls and visitors
- Maintain the reception area in a neat and presentable manner
- Manage courier inward/outward, office stationery, and pantry stock
- Coordinate with vendors and housekeeping staff
- Handle conference room bookings and meeting arrangements
- Support basic admin duties such as filing, documentation, and data entry
- Maintain attendance registers, visitor logs, and other relevant records
- Assist HR/Admin team with event coordination and internal communication
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Professional and courteous demeanor
