Qualification: - 1 to 3 yrs
**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a professional and personable Receptionist cum Admin to manage front desk
for visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience, while efficiently handling office administration tasks
to support the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
1. Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor.

managing calendars.
5. Handle correspondence, including sorting and distributing mail and packages.

7. Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, supplies, and other services.
Documentation and Records:
8. Manage filing systems and ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
9. Prepare and maintain records, reports, and other administrative documents.
General Support:
11. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
