Job Position: Receptionist cum admin
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience Receptionist & admin work.
Software: well verse with MS power point & word, MS Excel.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Daily Coordinate Front Desk Activities.
2. Responsible For Communicating With Clients, Receiving Calls, Attending Visitors, Maintaining Clients Records.
Schedule Meeting With Director, Currier management.
3. Basic Accounting knowledge.
4. Age:26yrs to 36yrs.
5. Good English Communication, Presentable ,Greeting to guests.
6. And other related works.
7. Admin work activities MIS Prepare, Data management
8. Travelling management Ticket booking etc.
9. Coordinate with office boy staff.
10. Cleanliness in the OFFICE Area
11. Multitasking skills
12. Basic accounting role.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
