**Role: Admin Assistant - MALE (Lower Parel - Mumbai, Full-Time)**:
**1. HR & Recruitment Support**
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end hiring processes (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Assist with onboarding and exit formalities.
- Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements.
**2. Office Administration**
- Oversee office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Manage office maintenance, housekeeping, and other facility-related needs.
- Handle courier, stationery, and petty cash expenses.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
**3. Administrative Support**
- Provide administrative and scheduling support to the Founder.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups as required.
- Prepare basic reports, drafts, and communication materials.
- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries for the Founder
- Assist in day-to-day activities as given by the Founder
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in office administration or HR coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Working Days + Timing: Monday - Saturday + 9:30am to 6:30pm

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
