Role Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of documents, presentations, and reports.
- Support the coordination and logistics of internal and external events, including meetings, workshops, and conferences.
- Handle correspondence and communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Participate in project management activities, assisting in the tracking and reporting of project statuses.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform data entry and manage databases with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist with reception duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing mail and deliveries.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in technology and innovation is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
