Office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Administration**: Maintain basic office administration tasks such as organizing files, office supplies, and ensuring the office environment is well-kept.
- **Expense Management**: Manage and track expense sheets, ensuring all office expenses are documented accurately.
- **Attendance Sheets**: Maintain daily attendance records for employees, ensuring accuracy in attendance tracking.
- **Report Generation**: Provide monthly reports on office-related activities, including attendance, expenses, and other administrative matters.
- **Communication**: Fluency in English and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- **Fluency in English**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to interact confidently.
