Office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients, answering inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and route them to the appropriate staff members.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing office supplies.
- Maintain and update office records, files, and documentation.
- Manage office inventory and place orders for supplies when needed.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- External vender
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks as needed.
- Support other administrative functions as assigned by management.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Graduate, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in another administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time, Monday to Saturday working hours:
- 10:00 to 07:00
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
