**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Assist with various office administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems.
- **Document Management**: Prepare, organize, and maintain physical and electronic documents, ensuring that all files are accurately stored and accessible.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conferences. Ensure all participants are informed and prepared.
- **Office Maintenance**: Monitor and maintain office cleanliness, including organizing office supplies and keeping common areas tidy.
- **Support Staff**: Provide support to senior staff members with tasks such as preparing reports, drafting correspondence, and handling basic clerical duties.
- **Data Entry**: Update and maintain office databases, spreadsheets, and other records, ensuring that information is accurate and up to date.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent service to clients and visitors, addressing their queries and directing them to the appropriate department or person.
- **Other Tasks**: Perform any other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications or certifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role preferred, but not required.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
