**Job Title: Office Assistant / Administrative Assistant**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule meetings and appointments, maintain calendars.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents as needed.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
- Support HR and administrative functions such as onboarding and record keeping.
- Handle general office duties and support staff as required.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with office management software (e.g., MS Teams, Slack, Trello).
- Knowledge of basic accounting and HR processes.
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g., printers, scanners, copiers).
