**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, filing, mailing, and data entry.
- Maintain and organize office records, databases, and filing systems.
- Manage office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement when required.
- Assist in preparing letters, memos, reports, and other administrative documents.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and courier packages.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Greet and assist visitors to the office, ensuring a professional and courteous environment.
- Handle **bank-related errands**, including **cheque deposits, fund transfers, and document collection**.
- Conduct **client visits** for **document handovers, collections, and coordination of administrative matters**.
- Visit **government offices** for **document submissions, collections, and official correspondence**.
- Support HR and Finance departments with administrative and record-keeping tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality of all documents and sensitive information.
- Maintain and ensure proper functioning of office equipment and facilities.
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
