Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, filing, mailing, and data entry.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
- Maintain and organize office records, databases, and filing systems.
- Manage office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement when required.
- Assist in preparing letters, memos, reports, and other administrative documents.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and courier packages.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Greet and assist visitors to the office, ensuring a professional and courteous environment.
- Handle bank-related errands, including cheque deposits, fund transfers, and document collection.
- Conduct client visits for document handovers, collections, and coordination of administrative matters.
- Visit government offices for document submissions, collections, and official correspondence.
- Support HR and Finance departments with administrative and record-keeping tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality of all documents and sensitive information.
- Maintain and ensure proper functioning of office equipment and facilities.
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
