We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant cum Office Assistant with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of managing both accounting tasks and back-office operations, along with supporting inside sales and telecalling efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting tasks using Tally and relevant ERP software
  • Maintain and update sales and purchase records
  • Operate and manage IndiaMART and TradeIndia portals efficiently
  • Conduct telecalling and follow-up with prospective leads
  • Support inside sales by identifying and reaching out to potential clients
  • Handle back-office documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication and workflow

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, office administration, or inside sales
  • Proficiency in Tally and experience with ERP software
  • Experience managing IndiaMART and TradeIndia portals
  • Knowledge of inside sales processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Graduate preferred
  • Immediate joiners preferred
