Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistance Executive to support our accounts and finance department. The candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain financial records, handle documentation, and ensure accuracy in reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining daily accounting records.
  • Handle data entry of invoices, vouchers, and receipts in accounting software.
  • Support in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
  • Maintain proper filing of bills, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for payment follow-ups.
  • Provide support during audits and prepare required documentation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (M.Com, MBA or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP or similar).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience:

  • 0–2 years of experience in accounts/finance (Freshers with strong knowledge can also apply).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
