Vendiman Private Limited — a fast-growing retail & FMCG vending solutions company — is looking for a driven **Accounts Receivables Executive** to join our Finance team.

**Job Description: Accounts Receivables Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end accounts receivable processes for multiple clients and regions.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues and follow-up with customers for payments.
- Maintain customer ledgers, reconcile accounts, and update receipts in **Tally ERP**.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Billing) for resolving invoice discrepancies.
- Generate and share weekly/monthly **collection MIS reports** with management.
- Build strong client relationships to ensure consistent payment cycles and zero outstanding delays.
- Support audit and compliance documentation related to receivables.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Commerce or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in Accounts Receivables / Collections.
- Strong working knowledge of **Tally ERP**.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Experience in **Retail or FMCG** sectors will be an added advantage.
- Must be comfortable working from **Andheri East Office (Monday-Friday)**.
