**About the Role**

**Unique Solution Consulting** is looking for a motivated and passionate **Academic Counselor** to guide students through their learning journey. As part of our admissions and counseling team, you will help students choose the right courses, complete their admission process, and advance their careers in analytics and data science.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Counsel students on **courses**, **career opportunities**, and **admission process**.
- **Convert leads** through counseling sessions and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain student counseling records in CRM and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide career **guidance**and advice on **upskilling**in **analytics**.
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to achieve enrollment targets.
- Age**:18-38 years**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in EdTech sales, admissions, or counseling.
- Excellent **English communication & presentation skills.**:

- Strong **interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.**:

- Proficient in **MS Office**; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
