Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Academic Counselor (Inside Sales) to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for selling UG/PG online courses, guiding students in choosing the right educational programs to help them achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess students' educational backgrounds and career aspirations to recommend the most suitable programs.

Convert leads into enrollments by building strong relationships and handling objections effectively.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets in a performance-driven environment.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and enrollments in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the team to optimize sales strategies and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or a related field (Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade students.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
