At **REDE Consulting**, we specialize in ServiceNow-led digital transformation and consulting services. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and driven **Outbound Sales Associate** to join our Pune-based team and help us scale globally.
**Job Description** Key Responsibilities**:
- Target decision-makers across IT, Compliance, and Digital Transformation teams globally.
- Present REDE’s value proposition clearly and effectively to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and pipeline progress in CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and service delivery teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales KPIs.
**Qualifications**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in outbound sales for an IT software or consulting company.
- Strong understanding of SaaS-based services, enterprise solutions, or ServiceNow ecosystem (a plus).
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced sales team.
- Experience with CRM tools and outbound sales automation platforms.
- Must have experience of working with an IT Consulting or Software company
