Outbound Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively reach out to SMB clients through calls and various communication channels.
- Educate clients on our products and services, demonstrating their value and benefits.
- Maintain a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups to achieve sales targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach and engagement.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Proven experience in outbound sales is preferred; however, freshers with excellent communication and negotiation skills will be considered.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for sales.
