As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, identifying their needs, and promoting our products/services in a professional manner. Your excellent communication skills, especially in fluent spoken English, will be essential in delivering a superior client experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Coordination: Communicate effectively with existing clients, address their queries, and ensure they are satisfied with services/products.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual presentations or product demos to prospects, showcasing our offerings.
- Lead Management: Maintain a CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and customer information, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Sales Support: Provide timely quotations, process orders, and assist the sales team with any ad-hoc sales-related activities.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Market Research: Identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the sales process.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in inside sales, outbound calling, or client coordination.
- Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English skills are a must.
- Sales Aptitude: Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects effectively.
- Technology: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and other sales-related tools.
- Target-driven: Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with clients, internal teams, and management.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
