Role Overview:

As an Outbound Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales through proactive outbound calls and digital communication. Your role involves connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, presenting solutions, and ensuring conversion through effective follow-ups. You'll play a key part in expanding our customer base and supporting business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote company products and services.

● Understand customer needs, pitch relevant solutions, and close sales.

● Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.

● Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to handle client queries confidently.

● Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

● Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and customer information in the CRM.

● Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for lead qualification and campaign feedback.

● Provide regular reports on call outcomes and customer insights to management.

Requirements:

● 0–3 years of experience in Outbound Sales / Telesales / Telemarketing / Inside Sales.

● Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English & Hindi preferred).

● Confidence in handling high-volume outbound calling.

● Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

● Goal-oriented and self-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets.

● Basic understanding of CRM tools and telecalling software.

● Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office applications.
