**Job Title: Telesales Executive**
Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: Lower Parel
Employment Type: Full-Time
- **Key Responsibilities**:_**Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote products/services.** Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into confirmed sales. **Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.** Maintain an updated database of customer interactions and sales records in CRM/software. **Follow up with prospective customers to ensure timely closures.** Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management. **Provide feedback to the sales team/management on customer needs and market trends.**Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies during all communications.
- **Key Requirements**:_**Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).** Excellent communication and persuasion skills. **Strong negotiation and closing skills.** Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. **Good computer literacy and experience with CRM software is a plus.** Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- **Qualifications**:_ **Minimum qualification: HSC/Graduate (any stream).**
