**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to international clients with professionalism and accuracy.
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
- Document and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and customer support.
- **Mandatory experience** in international voice process or telesales (minimum 1-2 years).
- Strong command over **English communication** (verbal and written).
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency.
