**Role Overview**:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to join our esteemed hotel team. The Customer Relations Executive will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met and delivering an exceptional experience throughout their stay. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing top-notch hospitality services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a smooth check-in process.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and courteously.
- Assist guests in making reservations, both over the phone and in person.
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure their satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback, whether positive or negative, in a professional and proactive manner.
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences.
- Resolve any guest issues or complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in managing group bookings and events, if applicable.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a cohesive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Stay informed about hotel services, promotions, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact.
- Proficiency in using hotel reservation and management software.
- Detail-oriented and organized with good multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Pleasant and professional demeanor with a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is advantageous.
