- **Food quality**: Ensure food and ingredients are fresh and high quality
- **Kitchen supervision**: Lead and delegate tasks to kitchen staff
- **Dish preparation**: Cook dishes according to menus, and prepare special dishes for guests
- **Quality control**: Taste meals before they leave the kitchen, and visually inspect dishes
- **Food storage**: Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, and appearance

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
