**Introduction**:
The role requires a strong understanding of the Prime Brokerage business and an ability to liaise with all areas of the business including Sales, Trading, Middle Office and the clients to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner

What will you be doing?
- Working within a control focused environment, with processes that are performed at the highest level, minimising any operational risk and closing key breaks in a timely manner
- Manage commission rates update & Client servicing
- Uphold the controls and procedures for the team, review and update as necessary.
- Build strong relationships with various Ops teams, CSRs, so the ability to communicate issues/breaks with reasoned and detailed argument. This could be verbally or in writing
- Have the ability to comprehend and suitably respond to detailed enquiries from Global clients and discrepancy resolution.
- Be able to make timely decisions relating to risk mitigation vs. client service when dealing with escalations from junior team members
- Proactively identify ways to improve the control environment while ensuring compliance with various regulations around securities custody and reporting

What we’re looking for:

- OTC Recon process experience
- Basic understanding of overall Futures/OTC Operations flow
- Front Office communication experience

Skills that will help you in the role
- Good with excel and Knowledge of Prime Brokerage
- Client communication and service
