Commercial Realestate Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads and actively prospect for commercial real estate clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Evaluate client needs and present suitable commercial real estate solutions.
- Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers and tenants.
- Prepare and review commercial real estate contracts and documentation.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and property management teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and zoning laws.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports.
**Requirements**:
- Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
