Role: Sales Executive

Function: Sales

CTC: 20 k to 25 k per month

Mode of work: Work from Office

Location: Bangalore

**Qualification**: Bachelor's Degree

**Experience**:Min 2 years of experience in Sales in Construction/Real Estate Industry

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate new leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and requirements and propose suitable construction solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to close sales and achieve targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with construction-related products or services.
- Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and processes.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
