Personal Assistant to CEO

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and prioritize the CEO's daily activities, ensuring efficient use of time.
- Proactively anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
- Draft and proofread documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling confidential matters.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and expense tracking.
- Conduct research and gather information on various topics as assigned.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials.

**Requirements**:
1. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
4. Any graduate
5. Should be willing to work from the office, 5 days a week

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
