**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies**: Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with PACT Foundation's mission and goals, focusing on increasing awareness and engagement.
- **Content Creation**: Produce compelling content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, blogs, and press releases, to effectively communicate our initiatives and impact.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating engaging reels, posts, monitoring interactions, and analysing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- **Event Promotion**: Design, promote and deliver workshops, seminars, and community outreach programs, ensuring maximum participation and visibility.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to understand audience preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the non-profit sector.

**Skills**:

- **Communication**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- **Creativity**: Ability to generate innovative ideas and content that resonate with diverse audiences.
- **Analytical Thinking**: Proficiency in using analytics tools to assess campaign performance and inform decisions.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
