An office admin job includes managing daily office operations, providing administrative support to staff, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace environment. Key duties involve handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies and files, and serving as a point of contact for employees. This role also often requires basic book keeping and support for company events and onboarding new employees. Core responsibilities
- **Office operations**: Oversee day-to-day functions to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
- **Scheduling and coordination**: Schedule meetings & appointments. Manage conference room bookings and calendars.
- **Office management**: Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, place orders as needed, and oversee office maintenance.
- **Record keeping**: Maintain and organize both physical and digital files and records.
- **Financial tasks**: Perform basic bookkeeping, including tracking expenses, managing invoices, and assisting with budget tracking.
- **Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact for internal staff, external clients, vendors, and visitors.
- **Event support**: Assist in organizing and executing company events, such as staff meetings and social gatherings.
- **Onboarding**: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
