The Front Office Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations at the forefront of our organization. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and clients, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the front office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet guests and clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Provide information about services, facilities, and policies to guests and clients.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy of information and resolving any issues promptly.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns efficiently and escalate when necessary.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Perform various administrative tasks such as typing, filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and transactions.
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and reconcile receipts.
- Manage reservations and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with relevant departments.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are ready for guest occupancy.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Relay messages and information accurately and promptly to relevant parties.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
- Keep management informed of any issues or concerns that may affect front office operations.
- **Hospitality and Professionalism**:

- Uphold a high standard of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Display a positive and helpful attitude towards guests, clients, and colleagues.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and confidentiality protocols.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
