Key Responsibilities:

- Track Timelines: Monitor project deadlines and ensure tasks are completed within the

designated timeframe.
- Assign Tasks: Assist the manager in assigning tasks to team members, track progress, and

ensure that project objectives are met.
- Coordinate with Departments and Vendors: Work closely with internal teams and external

vendors to ensure seamless execution of tasks and project requirements.
- Assist in Budgeting: Help in the creation, management, and tracking of budgets for various

projects and initiatives.
- Source Materials: Identify and procure necessary materials and resources required for

ongoing projects.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on various project-related

documents, including furnished homes, payments, and other key details.
- Organizing and updating libraries for furniture, vendors, drawings etc.: Maintain and

update organized libraries for furniture, vendors, and project drawings for easy access.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from the CRM, Facilities, and Rental teams after

project completion to identify areas for improvement.
- Answer Queries: Respond to and resolve queries from team members, vendors, and other

departments promptly.
- Shop Visits: Conduct visits to suppliers and stores to review products, materials, and

supplies as needed.
- Site Visits & Data Collection: Perform site visits to collect data.
- Support Manager: Provide administrative and operational support to the manager in

executing daily tasks and managing ongoing projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (Zoho, MS Office, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with team members,

vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, especially in tracking progress and maintaining records.
- Proven problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Prior experience in management or coordination roles is a plus.
- Ability to assist with budget creation and financial tracking.
- Willingness to take initiative and support the manager in various tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
