Cosmic Solutions is a growing IT company providing custom software development, website design, digital marketing, and IT infrastructure solutions. We are looking for a dynamic **Sales Executive** who can drive business growth by converting leads into clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand client requirements and present relevant IT solutions.
- Maintain relationships with leads and follow up consistently until closure.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project onboarding.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales (preferably IT sales or related field).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and lead-closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Basic understanding of IT services (training will be provided).
