Reservation Executive

Answer reservation calls, help guests place reservations on the website or other portals
- Diligently collect all guests requirements & coordinate with each property care-taker to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
- Design and execute a marketing strategy to maximize the occupancy rate of the properties
- Design a pricing strategy for each property and update it on a monthly basis
- Additionally, you might be required to help to the general running of rental operations
- Help new owners to get their villas ready to rent (coordinate procurement of furniture, inventories, coordination for installations of utilities, etc.)
- Collect guest feedback over the phone post check-out to improve our guest experience etc,

**Salary**: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
