**Job Title**: Social Media Associate

**Location**: Mapusa, Goa (On-site)

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities (KRAs)**:

- **Content Strategy & Planning**: Develop and manage a social media content calendar aligned with brand objectives, campaigns, and audience needs, including influencer collaborations.
- **Content Creation & Shoot Coordination**: Plan, organize, and coordinate photoshoots and video shoots to create high-quality brand content.
- **Content Curation & Posting**: Curate, edit, and publish engaging content across all relevant social media platforms, ensuring consistency and timeliness.
- **Community Engagement & Brand Voice**: Manage interactions with followers, respond to queries, and maintain a strong and consistent brand voice.
- **Performance Analysis & Reporting**: Track social media performance metrics, prepare reports, and derive insights to optimize strategy.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with design, marketing, and product teams to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives.
- **Trend Analysis & Adaptation**: Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and platform updates; integrate them into strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms.
- Experience in coordinating shoots, influencer marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
- Ability to analyze data and present insights.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
