**Overview**:
We are a 20+ years-old technology company with offices in the US and India, providing Business Intelligence solutions to hundreds of hotels and resorts around the world. Our clients are primarily high-end hotels and resorts who provide their guests with exceptional service, and we expect our employees to provide that same level of service to our customers.
We are currently seeking a supervisory role to assist our Executive team in supporting our growing team of Customer Success Agents with the core responsibility of helping both new and existing customers realize their BI goals.

**Position Summary**:
Your responsibilities will also include every day scrum calls/meeting, assisting in the documentation of meetings/issues related to new/existing support issues, creating support triage for tier 1 to 3 support team members, making sure team is following triage with no concerns to solve day to day issues, managing support items and distributing tasks to leads/team members and other corporate initiatives.

- Knowledge of Scrum master
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Build relationships between customers and the support team
- Organize, attend, and document stakeholder meetings
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions discussed in company meetings
- Gather information for meetings and present it in a professional, organized, and concise way
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and still perform at a high level
- Maintains a positive “can-do” attitude
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
- Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals
- Experience in hospitality industry (Finance, Revenue Management, F&B, Spa, Group Planning) is a plus

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
