**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Operations Executive** to join our team at [Orbiqe Technologies PVT. LTD. ], a leading astrology platform. The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing the daily operations of the platform, ensuring smooth service delivery, and supporting various teams to enhance user experience. You will work closely with the management, customer support, and technical teams to ensure the platform operates efficiently and effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the astrology platform, ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate between astrologers, customers, and the customer support team to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of issues.
- Manage and monitor the platform's scheduling system, ensuring all appointments are correctly scheduled and no double bookings occur.
- Assist with onboarding new astrologers and ensure they have the resources they need to provide exceptional services.
- Handle operational issues, troubleshoot problems, and resolve any service delivery issues, liaising with relevant departments to fix problems quickly.
- Maintain accurate records of service performance, customer feedback, and operational processes.
- Analyze data and provide insights into platform usage, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure the platform is meeting operational KPIs such as uptime, user satisfaction, and timely service delivery.
- Work with the marketing and technical teams to implement operational improvements based on customer feedback and business goals.
- Support the development and refinement of processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency as the platform grows.
- Help implement and maintain quality control measures for astrology services and customer interactions.
- Provide reports on operations performance and recommend adjustments to improve workflows and user experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in an online services or wellness-related platform.
- Strong understanding of online platforms and technology.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with different teams and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on improving operational efficiency and customer experience.
- A passion for astrology and an understanding of astrology services is a plus.
