**Job Title: Operation Executive**
**Location**: Noida
**Experience Required**: 4-5 Years (Relevant Domain)
**Salary Range**: ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 (Based on Experience & Skills)
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and monitor warehouse operations including inbound and outbound logistics.
- Oversee inventory control: tracking stock levels, conducting audits, and minimizing shrinkage.
- Handle vendor relationships: sourcing, negotiation, purchase orders, and timely deliveries.
- Maintain updated records of inventory and vendor transactions in ERP or inventory systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, accounts, dispatch, etc.) for operational efficiency.
- Implement process improvements to reduce operational costs and enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies within the warehouse.
- Prepare regular operational reports and submit them to the management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in warehouse, inventory, and vendor management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory software/ERP systems (Tally, Zoho, SAP, etc.).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
- Knowledge of GST, billing, and stock movement documentation
- Prior experience in FMCG, E-commerce, or Logistics industry is a plus

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
