Ltd.)** is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Operations Executive** to join our team and help streamline daily workflows, enhance service delivery, and ensure smooth coordination between clients, astrologers, and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering high-quality operational support in a growing industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage operations between users and astrologers.
- Monitor daily workflow to ensure timely and quality services are being delivered.
- Handle scheduling and appointment bookings for clients with astrologers.
- Maintain accurate records of sessions, transactions, and user feedback.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing communications and troubleshooting.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new astrologers to the platform.
- Handle user inquiries and resolve any operational issues promptly.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in Operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using office software (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.) and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
