Profile:- Operations Executive

Expedite Impex, a dynamic and innovative freight forwarding company, is seeking a talented Forwarding Executive with 6months to 2years of experience to join our team. As an Forwarding executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our freight forwarding services, ensuring efficient and timely movement of cargo while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :-

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of freight forwarding operations, including scheduling, routing, and tracking shipments.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless logistics operations.

  • Implement and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and

industry standards.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Internship or 6months to 2years experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.

  • Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and procedures.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing and motivating teams.

  • Proficiency in logistics software and systems.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
