Job Summary:
The **Studio Operator** is responsible for the seamless execution of studio operations, ensuring high-quality recordings, smooth live streaming, and an optimized studio environment. This role demands technical expertise, keen operational oversight, and effective coordination with multiple teams to maintain a professional and efficient studio workflow.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in studio operations, live streaming, or content production.
- Strong technical proficiency in handling audio, video, and lighting equipment.
- Expertise in various streaming software such as OBS Studio, vMix, StreamYard, YouTube Live, etc.
- Keen observational skills to identify and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teachers and teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide immediate solutions.
- Familiarity with studio/classroom management devices like Amplifier, Mixer etc. is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in dynamic schedules, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
