**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, including builders, contractors, interior designers, and retail customers.
- Understand customer requirements related to stone types, finishes, sizing, and delivery schedules**.**
- Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues such as product quality concerns, delivery delays, or installation guidance.
- Regularly follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify repeat business opportunities.
- Monitor client accounts, maintain records, and keep CRM software up to date.
- Share customer feedback with the production and operations teams to improve service and quality.
- Attend industry events, site meetings, or showroom visits to strengthen client relationships.**Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field (Civil Engineering background is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales or customer relationship management, preferably in the construction or stone industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Graduate any discipline.
- Knowledge of MS office
