**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and outreach opportunities.
- Utilize tools such as Mailchimp, Lemlist, Apollo, or similar platforms for automation.
- Track, analyze, and improve campaign metrics (Open Rate, CTR, Bounce Rate, etc.).
- Run A/B tests to enhance engagement and conversion performance.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead nurturing strategies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of cold outreach strategies and prospecting funnels.
- Proficiency with tools like Hunter.io, Apollo, Snov.io, Mailchimp, or Lemlist.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Data-driven mindset with campaign performance reporting expertise.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

**Preferred (Nice to Have)**
- Experience in IT services or software development industry.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach or multi-channel prospecting.
