We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our newly established development office in Bangalore. The CTO will be responsible for building and leading a team of 20-25 developers and engineers, working on app development, online shop development, gaming projects and overall IT infrastructure. The CTO will be responsible for all aspects of technology in the office, including hiring, establishing structure, project management, process optimization, budgeting and technology innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish and lead the Bangalore development office in close collaboration with the executive team.
- Lead the development team and ensure timely delivery of quality software solutions.
- Establish and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop project plans.
- Develop and implement software development processes to optimize efficiency, quality, and delivery times.
- Stay current with emerging technology trends and implement new tools and techniques to improve the development process.
- Hire and develop top talent in the Bangalore office.
- Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and policies.
- Manage the company's operations in Bangalore, including budget management, facility management and personnel management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development and project management.
- Strong experience in managing software development teams and leading large-scale projects.
- Experience in building and scaling development teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
- Prior experience in e-commerce.
