We offer advanced AI-based proctoring, comprehensive reporting and analytics, seamless integration with LMS and HR tools, and a user-friendly interface with customizable settings. We enhance AI-powered proctoring using facial recognition, audio analysis, and keystroke monitoring to prevent cheating. Our solutions’ seamless integration with existing systems ensures a smooth experience for test-exam takers and administrators. ExamRoom.AI is leading the way in transforming the landscape by offering a secure, efficient, and scalable solution for online exams and assessments, powered by cutting-edge AI technology.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our company and lead our technical operations. As the CTO, you will play a crucial role in shaping our technological strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful execution of our projects. You will work closely with the executive team to align our technology initiatives with our overall business objectives and provide strategic guidance on technology-related decisions.

**Requirements**:

- You have managed and worked in a company with an ARR of $1 Billion.
- Overall, 15+ years of experience, and at least 3+ years of proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Microsoft Technologies.
- Hands-on experience in AWS Infrastructure.
- Expert knowledge of Microservices in.NET stack.
- Proven experience in Micro frontends (AngularJS).
- Expert knowledge of SQL and NoSQL Databases.
- Knowledge of AI and Graph Databases is a plus.
- Proven experience in building highly scalable multi-tenant systems.
- Proven experience in caching, message broking and DevOps.
- Knowledge of big data and technological trends to build technological strategy.
- Understanding of budgets and business planning.
- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, with the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
- Experience in creating and executing technology roadmaps that support growth and scalability.
- Expert in enterprise systems with Microsoft stack, Angular, and AI/ML.
- Should be able to travel to and /within the USA, India, Serbia, Brazil and Nigeria.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
- Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage.
- Help departments use technology profitably.
- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
- Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.
- Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors.
