**Job Title: Business Development Executive - Financial Industry**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Onboarding**: Assist new traders in setting up accounts and navigating the Vantage Markets platform.
- **Sales & Relationship Management**: Engage potential clients, understand their trading needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- **Market Education**: Explain different asset classes, trading strategies, and platform features to clients.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor client activity and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams to resolve client queries and enhance the onboarding process.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Experience in sales within the financial industry (stocks,forex and crypto background preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain trading concepts and platform functionalities clearly.
- Familiarity with financial instruments, order types, and risk management strategies.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
